Pilates - Let us design a program for you.

Salsa - I and II  

Salsa Beginners - This course is designed for the new Salsa Dancer, as well as to build a solid foundation for one that has danced a bit of Salsa. Solid foundation, music and fundamental steps required for advanced steps are learned here. No prerequiste suggested. Partners are not required.

Salsa Advanced - This course is designed for more advanced steps for the Salsa dancer. You have the foundation, now let's add some steps beyond the basics. Prerequisite Suggested But Not Required: Beginner Salsa (many people take Beginner Salsa and Advanced Salsa at the same time. Partners not required.

Salsa Dance Team - This is dancing as part of the GiGi Salsa Dance Team. Auditions are always welcome.  Partners not required.

Social/Ballroom Dance II - Ballroom/Social Dance II has two goals; 1) Learn three new dances in social and night club situations and 2) Review, refine and add to the dances covered in Ballroom/Social Dancing I. Completion of this class will equip you to dance to almost any music on any dance floor. The new dances include East Coast Swing, Cha Cha, Rumba and Bachata.
Pre-requisite Suggested: Ballroom/Social Dancing I or an equivalency. Partners not required.

Weight Training - We will design a weight training program specifically for you.

Zumba

Zumba & Bellydance Fusion - This is designed for non-stopping, super cardio mixed with shimmies, hip movements, and an array of Latin Dance Moves. No experience is necessary, and no age limit. Fun for all ages! Partners are not required.
